Healing MS and Fibromyalgia

Two callers into Radio Humberside today asked about the following: I hope this helps.

All physical aliments can be improved by healing treatments. MS symptoms can be slowed down dramatically in some cases and the sensitivity in fibromyalgia can be calmed down.

You would need to find a healer who can work gently in both these cases however and a big blast effect is not advisable. A series of on going treatments would work best so that you don't feel too tired all the time (a side effect of the healing - the body puts all its energy into healing your body (a bit like feeling tired after a big meal whilst your digestive system takes all your spare energy) and when you have a deep seated aliment, fatigue can be an annoying side effect)

However, I also recommend making sure that diet, exercise, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing are also looked at as part of the treatments.

Because hands on healing lowers stress and fear levels in the body, you can feel a great improvement on all physical pain almost straight away

How do you know if your healer is what they say they are?

Someone asked the question on the radio today about how do I protect my clients from energy that looks like white light but is actually negative in disguise.

This was not really something I felt I could talk about on a light and airy lunchtime show so here is the answer to that question:

I have found it to be the sad truth that even darker intentions can be easily masked and cloaked in white light. If is really really important to work with a healer who understands this and can therefore be extra vigilant on your behalf.

I have a few clients who have been unfortunate enough to be harmed by healers but this is hopefully rare.

If, however you have had an experience with a healer who has left you feeling "violated" or "hurt" in someway, then have it checked out.

Please don't confuse healing responses with healing that has gone wrong however, your healer will have explained about the types of symptoms which can naturally occur after healing sessions.

As to whether I can protect you or not? I can protect you whilst I am working with you during your session because I am probably one of the most consienscious healers around, I make sure I only work with true light being guides and from pure source.

Although I was attuned via a Reiki Master in the beginning, I have since released all ties with them and am directly linked to the source of Seichem energy (the well spring beneath the great pyramids in Giza) however, I can also use any of the well springs around the world should the need arise.

I also make sure that all of my students are linked directly to source rather than via me (a third party) this prevents me or any other students draining me or each other.

There is no 100% fool proof way of protecting ourselves but we can learn to recognise the dangers and also how to sort them out should they ever arise.

Working via Krsanna energy helps to maintain the compassion and love vibrational rate through which all other energy streams are passed, helping to keep it all as clear, safe and pure as possible in a human world.

August Earth Shift

Wow, a big one this month, fatigue, virus like symptoms and old emotional flair ups have been kicking off this month! Neptune with Pisces is always going to be a very deep, emotional and spiritual bumpy ride!

Anyway, if you thought you were going mad, getting ill or just loosing it this month, it should calm down this week (hopefully).

Lots of energy being cleared in this region includes: St Helen's Well and the church at Godmanham, Sandsend, York and Beverley Minster (again - will it never end!) and in fact, generally the whole area. Thanks to Suzanne for all her hard work!

Just to mention, doing spells at holy wells and sites is not a good idea energetically and making wishes is a karmic act so just be careful what you wish for - it may not come in this life but it really might come in another! Its best to just ask for healing and help with a certain issue or just in general and ask that it harm no-one, including yourself and that it is done with compassion and love at all times. Too much "I want" and you could end up regretting it later!

Also, anyone reading this and fancies a trip to St Helen' well, it is on the old railway footpath starting at Market Weighton but I recommend you go via the back road not the footpath if you are sensitive, near the railway bridge there is some very unpleasant energy, best avoided by sensitive souls, especially crystal kids!

The water of the well is pure but the area around is full of spells, although it is having a good clear out at the moment. Thanks to the brownies for preserving it so we can all enjoy it, shame we can't get it tapped so we can go fill up our water bottles too but in a capitalist society, FREE water - heavens above - the notion!

Keep grounding and go near trees and water if you are having trouble with your energies at the moment, the whole planet is shifting like an underground earthaquake, hold onto your hats and keep letting go of the past - better out than in!

Healers, Herbalists and Doctors

Why did we loose the natural knowledge of medicine and give our power to the drug companies?

The medical system we have inherited today has certain intrinsic features which were accentuated in the struggle for dominance over what came to be termed “illegitimate” practitioners. These practitioners were largely women and the struggle for dominance was, I believe, fundamentally a gender struggle. To that extreme, modern medicine is “masculine” medicine, and some of its most dominant features are reactions against healers’ practice.

Mary Chamberlain Old Wives’ Tales The History Press 1981 p125

Mary Chamberlain makes the argument in her book, Old Wives’ Tales, that women were deliberately prevented from practising medicine or herbalism during the 20^th century. The reason she gives is that women were prevented from taking degrees at university in any subject including medical qualifications. The world of religion, science, politics and academia were securely under the control of men.

One pioneering woman slipped through in 1865 – Elizabeth Garrett - she got a medical qualification via the Society of Apothecaries. As soon as she did, the Society of Apothecaries ruled that no more women could do this again.

If it were not a gender power game, women would have been allowed to enter the studies and the work of doctors – considering that a large percentage of local medical provision especially in rural areas had been by women (wise-women/herbalists) and continued to be so amongst the working classes until the formation of the NHS (free medical treatment for all) 1946.

The so called qualified Doctors (for after all they were teaching themselves, awarding themselves the certificates) they published articles and were outspoken in parliament against the wise-women (and wise-men) and demanded that those without Royal Society, Cambridge, Oxford degree or the Church’s permission should not legally be allowed to practice.

In spite of this embargo on women, in the real, everyday world of the villages and hamlets of England, this Dr only approach did not work too well because there were so few doctors per capita that there were not enough to go around and to top that, hardly anyone could afford to use them.

The local herbalist, wise woman, mid-wife continued her work due to demand but illegally and

one way to avoid being arrested as a wise-woman was not to charge for the services. But being free devalues your services and as the number of qualified male Drs rose and so did the affluence of the middle classes, it became unfashionable to go free when you could be seen to afford a “real doctor.”

Since the 1500’s anyone claiming to be a healer, herbalist or psychic was under threat of prosecution for being a “fake”. During the 1600 and 1700’s witchcraft and sorcery acts were passed to try to prevent people harming each other – a strange thing to do when those in power claimed not to believe in it like having a law against Father Christmas! In the 17oo’s the act was changed so that anyone claiming witchcraft or sorcery would be done for fraud.

So the herbalist wise woman became a fraud, illegal and had to hide her services and give them for free, if at all.

But the Doctors were not content to let them go undercover and Pharmacists picked up those lower class people who could not afford a Dr, funny, then that women were not allowed to be Pharmacists either! A strange mix of herbs and new drugs were available from chemists.

The handpicked, hand made herbal remedies of the wise woman were only needed by the early 1900’s by the very poorest people, relegated again then to the lower ranks of society. Some claimed that the herbs were dangerous but there are plenty of records of some of the most dangerous fatal drugs being given out by reputable Victorian pharmacists!

By 1946, the NHS was free to all and the local herbalist and healer (if there were any left) were no longer needed. The drug companies ruled by fear and even drinking herbal tea became seen as a ridiculous thing to do – peppermint tea instead of a pill was no longer the done thing!

The tradition of women in medicine goes back to the Temples in Sumeria, Babylonia and

Egypt

. Since the 1500’s and beyond, healing and witchcraft were linked and had a difficult time of it, being illegal to all intents and purposes. Then, formalising the training of the medical profession and excluding women from gaining those qualifications meant this knowledge was lost.

Women were only allowed to pass degrees in any subject in Britain in the late 1800’s and that was in Edinburgh, in

England

they had to wait until 1920’s.

So any women out there reading this and thinking you are not intelligent enough to be a doctor because that is what men do – think again! Females are more than capable, in fact, if you delve into your collective consciousness you will find that females carry a wealth of knowledge about healing, herbs and health.

Meditate on it ladies, you know so much more, down deep in your DNA!

I am not saying forget mainstream medicine, it really has done wonders as well as done harm, find a balance, find your own way and if you fancy using herbal teas, essential oils, flower remedies, hands on healing, massage, acupuncture etc etc then don’t feel guilty – its your history!

If any men are reading this and thinking I am being sexiest, well, if your history in British society had been the same as women, you would deserve it brought to light too!

Implants

Ok, so its all about the warnings at the moment folks, so here is another issue that has raised its head lately - the issue of implants.

No, this is not a sci-fi speilberg movie, this is 4th dimension work which is going on all the time albeit unnoticed most of the time.

Implants are etheric energy which is deliberately placed in the etheric body either by the self or by others. These can act as blocks, GPS trackers and even control mechanisms.

There are many types and need specialist removal because some are booby trapped - yes, yes, I know, all sounds a little crazy but when you have removed as many as I have, there is no denying it any longer!

Some implants are harmless, some are not so benign. Some are dormant and some active. Some look like microchips, others like testubes with liquid inside, some have wiring attached and some even have remote control hubs too.

If you feel you may have been given something by someone else (some healers put them in telling you its a good thing) then consider having them checked over - in fact you could just have a general check up session for spells, attachments and implants - like going to the GP for the once over.

Avoid letting anyone put any in you no matter what they say they are for, if you really really need one then its your guides who should decide and they have to be responsible for them, not a third party. This included cloaking, sheilds and any other devices that healers may offer you.

Basically, implants can be hijacked and used for not such nice reasons.

If you have felt wierd or ill since seeing a psychic or healer or from a bad relationship, get checked over - Oh, I don't mean wierd or ill due to a healing response but I mean for a while after and you get that kind of feeling that something is not quite right!

Hope I didn't freak you out too much, if you feel fine, then you probably are!

And yes, implants can be alien (galactic) but not all and that simply means they are of a higher vibrational and dimensional spin rate and need to be disposed of in a certain way!

Be Careful - its a dodgy business!

Ok, so there is a theme coming up at the moment which is so obvious I have had to write this.

Everyone is talking about incidents with healers which have gone wrong or healers that gave them the creeps or whatever.

I have had a rash of clients who have been psychically attacked, made unwell and generally stuffed up by healers who are not working safely.

Do I tell you about unsafe healers - do I sound like I am bitching about others? Maybe but the saying goes, "bad things happen when good people do nothing"

Basically - there are many types of healers and the type you are looking for ideally is one that uses pure source energy to heal with, who is dedicated to being the very purest, cleanest and best channel of energy that they can be, who work with true light beings only and will forgo power if it means integrity is compromised.

However, a lot of healing systems rely on their members to build up the energy or power. The Master borrows from the pupils and vice versa and then they all borrow from each other - like a massive coven.

Whilst this offers a great deal of power, it also leads to distortion of energy and seeing as most energy systems (including reiki) do not police their members, anyone can join in!

I have cleared enough psychic attacks, spells etc in my time to know that the 4th dimension is not full of angels and is just like this 3rd dimension - you have heard of cowboy builders - well cowboy healers there are too!

A certificate and a one day course does not ensure a great healer is on offer. They have to have centuries of healing abilites in their soul and they have to have had their soul cleared via soul and past life healing to make sure that they are working with the good stuff! We have all been up to the black arts at sometime in past lives, there is no human being who can say that they have ever, in all their incarnations been squeaky clean!

Healers are often totally unaware of the need for clearing, protection and grounding because their teachers did not teach them because they didn't know either and so the cycle continues.

If your healer/teacher doesn't teach grounding, protection before meditations, workshops etc, this is one sign that they may not really understand the 4th dimension and are basically joy riding without a licence or a seat belt!

Signs to watch out for and avoid:
Rooms in which healing or meditation is being done which have a dark, damp or spooky feeling
Healers who do not teach grounding, protection or about true light beings
Healers who give attunements over the internet without prior talks with you or who give attunements without teaching the way to use the healing
Healers who drink excessively, smoke or look like they need a wash
Healers who cross professional boundaries and try to encourage too strongly you joining their groups
Group meditations (generally not a great idea unless you really trust your teacher)
Mediumship evenings held in pubs
Taster evenings of healing where you are opened up with no prior knowledge of energy healing
Healers who tell you negative things about yourself
Healers who claim to be a re-incarnation of someone from history
Healers who wear costumes to promote their status

I could go on....

Healing is not some kind of stage show - it is like surgery, it has to be done in a safe, clean environment, with the right tools, with the right healer and at the right pace. Like plastic surgery - you can have one surgeon who makes a great job and another who will give you wonky boobs!

If you feel you have been in the hands of a cowboy healer and want a health check or clear up then get in touch but don't leave it too long like some clients I have had who have felt dodgy for over 10 years before seeking help - mainly because they didn't know who to trust to put it right.

I may look young, I may live in Beverley and not in a fashionable place like London or New York but underneath this exterior is a galactic master who has been sent to help so here I am - if you need help, ask for it!

I feel a bit like a dustman, just cleaning up the universe - instead of dressing up as Moses (like some people) maybe I should dress as a dustman, in my reflective jacket and big boots! No glamour I am sorry to say but what there is is the truth and someone you can trust for a change.

So, I said it out loud, that you can't trust everyone with a Reiki certificate and a fancy title!

So - trust your intuition and if it don't feel right - don't do it!

2012 Mayan Prophecies

Mayan Calendar and 2012

Many myths and legends, lots of nonsense and predictions. Shall I become a part of it all? Well, I keep being asked to let you all know what I have channelled on this subject….. so here goes nothing!

I have directly asked a true light being Mayan spirit guide to write this for you who came through with the name Loki, a God of planet Earth and this near galaxy.

I have been around since time began, on this Earth. I helped to make it, shape it, make the wind blow and the sky blue. I am the truth of all that is sacred in the World of Men.

Before Men there was nothing, no want, no greed, no anger or emotional pain. Before Men there was peace.

Then the Space Men came and changed the shape and foundation of everything that was Peaceful. A trial and error experiment of Mankind. A misshapen, misdirected and mistake.

But there were Guardians, who stayed to look after these new developed beings. We are the Gods.

You ask about 2012 and the Calendar. The two are not connected. The calendar is not the same as the tasks of 2012.

The Calendar is an ancient table of précis calculations based upon the prediction of energy streams worldwide. It is made up of 16 parts and each part has an end. If the Mayan had survived, there would be a continuing calendar. You ask “what happened to the Maya”. Firstly, they are not really called the Maya. They are Toltec people and lived as Elementals for thousands of years. They are of this Earth, born to it and die within it. They chose to end the suffering of their kind.

They now work only in spirit realms and no longer incarnate as human beings.

There is little remembered by them, the Elemental Kingdom does not carry the same Karma as the human world, they are free from that which bound them, let them go now, do not try to reach them and to create that which they have left behind. They are at peace again.

2012 is the end of a part or cycle of the calendar. It is significant because it is of divisional number and has many component parts. It is the end of the White People and the Beginning of the Pale aides rule* of Earth. This is not due to or of relevance to the Mayan.

Let go of the connection, do not let it cloud the truth.

Ok, so at least we have some information which can give us further questions to ask. The Maya or rather Toltec’s are now back where they came from in the Elemental Kingdom and are now spirit without body and are mainly free from all karma they accrued as human beings. Some are still present to us as spirit guides and the rest request to be left alone and not dragged into 2012 preparations.

So, that leaves us with questions about 2012 – one question I get asked a lot is whether the natural disasters which have seemed so common lately, are connected – so let’s ask someone in the know, a galactic guide from the White People…..

The Earth is ever changing, ever rotating, ever lasting, there is no one reason for the tumultuous times or the times of seeming quiet. There is little to be said of wanting to know answers to which there is no human answer. There have been, it is true, some re-arrangements of grids (lay lines) and a tilt on the axis of the Earth to line up with the movement of the Galactic Centre* but this is transitional and never ceases to take place.

Ice ages are used to pause movement and melting/heating is used to speed it up. At present, as humans, you are experiencing rapid movement which is causing dimensions to bleed at times, portals to open and close and general trouble energetically, those who are sensitive will feel these things happening.

This movement towards the galactic centre is not related to 2012 in any other way except that it is a time at which the bulk of the movement will have taken place and things will seem to settle down for a while. If you are asking whether, the weather, will settle down, you can expect more disruption whilst the Earth tilts rapidly to find its new temporary position but as soon as it reaches alignment it will be on the move again. Every 2,600 years, significant shifts take place, every 10,000 years a new era of energy is begun. Your western calendar does not keep pace with these changes.

2012 is significant in that since 2000 more crystal (palaides) children have been born, 2007 saw a tip in the scales to allow a higher vibrational rate to spread across the Earth grids, forcing them to shift even more quickly.

2009 saw the introduction of an even higher vibration of souls via those born around this time and the race to fix with the Galactic Centre co-insides with the introduction in 2012 of a totally new breed of human whose spin rate is far above any yet seen on Earth.

These souls are rare but significant and will raise the vibrational rate of the planet enough to secure the future of all Pleiades souls for at least the next 300 years.

The White People have given the running of this galaxy to the Pleiades already but are staying on for about 300 years to over see the changes.

2012 is significant in that those who are on a spiritual path have been asked to complete various clearings either in themselves or for the planet before this time. However, the spiritual development and ascension of this galaxy is an on-going process with no “end”.

Remember, many natural disasters are in no way connected to humans or spirits/souls. The planet Earth does not belong to anyone and is an experiment which is more important than any one soul.

I hear some of you have been told that some souls will be “left behind” when the higher vibrational rate really gets going – what this means is that some souls will carry too much karma to re-incarnate into human form and therefore will cease to exist as you currently understand them to. The wheel of karma however, cannot just be broken and therefore a parallel universe will be used for those who do not continue in this one – but as with these parallel universes, it will never seem to be less real, all universes are parallel, neither one nor the other being less or more real, it is relative to the one you are incarnated into at any given time.

So, we can conclude that 2012 is a major time in our lives but for many reasons and that really, ever year holds something important in it but we are on the cusp of energy shifts that only happen in this rapidity about every 2,600 years so you can either see it as a privilege and exciting or as damned back luck, its up to you!

Remember, with New Age writings we can often loose sight of the fact that nothing on Earth is going to start or stop because we want it to. We can often try to control the world by saying that the power of thought creates and destroys everything but what is already laid out over and above your personal journey is not controlled by you, me or anyone else. We really are just here for the ride and it really depends on the ticket you got as to what kind of ride it will be for you!

Our perception of what happens can change our world but we are bound by the dimension we perceive to be our main reality, which whilst in human form, with a human brain, there is little escape from and little control over!

Famous Past Lives

Famous Past Lives

Elizabeth 1^st, Queen Mary, Shakespeare, Cleopatra etc…

How many people claim to have been these and many more characters from history? Each hypnotherapist probably has one client at least who has brought these up. In fact, there seem to be more Cleos and Elizabeths than anyone else – how come so few Hitlers or Stalins?!

So what is the explanation for this en-mass past life experience – the fact that so many people claim the famous lifetimes has given past life regression a bad name amongst the science and rational community – no credence can be given to a therapy that is so obviously flawed!

Well, in my experience of past life regression & clearing over the last ten years, it is not so clear cut as many mainstream hypnotherapists claim it to be. The human psyche and consciousness is much more complex and multi-dimensional than it is ever given credit for.

It is very hard to translate energy into words. The human brain is only capable of recognising concepts and ideas that it has some previous knowledge of – like doing a jigsaw puzzle – you need all the pieces to make sense of the picture but when some of the pieces are missing it just doesn’t make sense and the human brain dismisses the information as nonsense.

As the pieces of human consciousness start to gather, more and more information is available and the brain can translate it. I often find a new concept whilst channelling which can take years to make any sense; I needed other pieces to make it fit!

Anyway, so lets take several pieces and make a picture of past life experiences.

Collective past lives are the way in which we, as human beings, understand our culture, the world around us and gain emotional intelligence as well as survival skills. Our DNA is not static, locked inside us; it is cosmic – ever changing, vibrating and multiplying.

Imagine you have invisible antennae on your head (upper crown chakra) and you can receive signal from any space, time or event. (This is how predictions are made and how channelling works). For example: even if you were not in New York on 9/11 you may have dreamt about the event several days before. Why would you need to dream this? It is not helpful – you could not stop the event, in fact, you were not directly involved.

However, being directly involved doesn’t matter. World events either before, during or after they happen, are available for us all to pick up with our antenna like the BBC World Service!

So, this applies all the time. Great historical figures make enough of a difference to a collective number of people to be heard loud and clear on the antennae.

Once we have registered an event, person, energy etc, it is logged in the human computer (DNA) for future reference. This can be accessed during trance (regression). It can be hard to decipher what was directly or indirectly experienced.

Remember, we have so much information in our DNA including our ancestral, primal and our soul information and a great deal more besides.

Doing past life regression in 100 years time will be a messy business, because those of us still alive today, once re-incarnated will have just about every human event in our DNA because we are aware of it all via TV, Radio, Internet etc. We will all recall being in 9/11 or in a Tsunami or abducted by strangers as a child or being in World War 2 or even being Simon Cowell (heaven forbid!)

This sensory and information overload by technology that is stressing us out right now, will stress us out for centuries to come!

Also, we have to take into account that when someone is regressed there is little control over what level of consciousness they are experiencing. Often, regression can be based on media information, totally made up memories and therefore is fantasy. It doesn’t matter too much – if you believe it – then according to your body it is true – however, as a therapist, it is useful to be able to recognise, to some extent at least, the fantasy from the reality so that we do not fall into the trap of assuming that we have the re-incarnated Queen of England in our chair!

The person in regression could also be accessing the collective consciousness library of information and come out with very accurate information that is little known by media sources but it does not mean they ever lived that life as a human being.

I mainly do past life work without the regression, this way, I can make sure I am moving into the correct levels of consciousness and reading the past that is relevant and personal.

Some collective past lives are just as important to heal and clear away as personal ones. In the West we all carry World War energy in us and many carry Religious War (especially the Crusades) energy too, whether they directly experienced them or not.

And as I mentioned earlier, if you saw 9/11 on the TV, you now remember it in your DNA, if you saw the earthquakes, tsunamis etc then you will have DNA memories of these. We are living each others lives more and more these days.

The fact remains that past life healing and clearing works and is amazing at changing your life but always choose a therapist who can keep control of the energies and who heals and clears the emotional energy from the lifetimes.

Try not to use regression as a peep show into the past. Always use care and work safely, the human mind is complex and needs to be treated with respect!

Conversations with God

Don't read this if you like the fluffy bunny idea of the spirit world.............if you have pre-concieved ideas about God that you do not want challenged or if you are sensitive to such things.....................

....you have been warned!

For those of you who are still reading this, you may have met the spirit guide called God yourself, I used to wonder if Krishna or Buddha were God but they are totally different vibrations to the Christian God.

The Christian version of God is a vibration on the wave of Melchizedeck energy and is a higher level of consciousness than Jesus but is essentially the same - Buddha is like the Jesus and Krishna the God.

Jesus and Buddha are human level frequencies, God and Krishna are universal/collective level - and actually Krishna is a higher frequency than the God adopted by Christianity but thats another story......

God as used by the Christians....our brains interpret this energy stream as male, elderly (denotes wisdom), simply dressed (denotes no manifestation potential) and has a fatherly feel - protective, gentle.

I find that Jesus and God both seem to invite you to sit next to them on benches - they are not Ascension energies - hence the lack of temples and thrones but are suggesting that you are equal to them - ie: that you carry their level of consciousness within yourself and you do not have to go transendental to use them.

The energy of God brings the wisdom to know that human life is temporary, that it doesn't matter and that there is no one judging you "up there" and that you hold the key to this wisdom inside you.

God is not bothered about your earthly behaviour - this is a difficult energy to use in earthly terms - hence the tendancy of people to create many versions of God to try and keep "moral order" on Earth!

Morals are man made to prevent the chaos that ensues when people just act selfishly and without care for others or themselves - morals differ culture to culture and are very difficult to up-hold because they often lack reason and are often subject to contextual changes!

God, I am sorry to say, couldn't give a monkeys about you or anyone else - he is not "in charge" nor is he bothered if you get killed by a bus or in any other way - basically because Human Life doesn't matter.

In the grand scheme of things, we are unimportant in the universe and we only have our own human constructs to give us meaning and point.

So, why bother to live, be kind, help people, don't steal, kill or lie?

Just do it because you Can, because its possible, because, for the short time in human form, wouldn't it be better to have been kind than cruel - maybe it wouldn't be better - who says it is better to be kind or cruel - God certainly doesn't?!

But, decide for yourself, what do you want to do with this time, with this life?

No-one to judge or condemn you, its your choice............the responsibility is yours!

By the way, God is a very compassionate wave length but then, compassion is not about giving a damn - its just about caring, kindness and letting go!

The saying - God is all forgiving - that seems right - only wait, that suggests you were judged first in order to be forgiven! God is compassion whatever you have or have not done - your actions do not change this -

This frequency is not dependent on your morals - it exists in all of us regardless.

If you are wanting to meditate on God, do it after reading this blog and it will be easier because you are now in that energy field.

If you are struggling to enter this wave of consciousness start by imagining you are on a beach, ask Jesus to come to you in spirit. Then ask to find God and you may find you are rising upwards.....Jesus & God doesn't tend to speak much - its more a silent knowing in you - as if the wisdom just flows through you. Ask them questions and as usual you may get the answers there and then or the answers may come some hours or days later.

There is no point in asking for "things" they are not that kind of energy stream - its wisdom you are seeking from them - not material support!

Remember - its all just frequencies - our brains give them form, shape, colour, human looks - so don't think you are not worthy - its not about that

Last few weeks Uranus transit & Tsunami

Been really tired again?

Uranus over the nodal pathway to the soul chart (draconic) has been creating all sorts of deep emotional clearing in those who are on a path to Ascension.

Uranus has moved away but will be back in November 2011 till Dec so be prepared to finish what has just been started!

Some people have been asking if the Tsunami in Japan was spiritually significant. The guides tell me that it is and that its been a bit like getting the energy of the Earth and smashing it against a wall, that is how some of us have been feeling these last few weeks - an energy crash!

For those who have lost everything it is more than that, how lucky we are to be safe materially here in England.

The Earth grids have shifted again as the Earth shifts on its axis to line up with the shift in the Galactic Centre, this has at least another 300 years to go and to be fair is shifting a bit all the time but when it goes a bit nuts like it has in the last 200 years, we are experiencing the cusp of climate change, just as our ancestors did, when ice ages come and go, deserts turn to seas and vice versa.

Also, we cannot pretend that every earthquake or volanic eruption has some deep significance. We must remember that humans are not of the slightest importance in the bigger picture and that the Earth does what it must, with or without us and just pray we don't get caught in the cross fire!

So, this wobbly time means we can all achieve levels of consciousness that much easier but it can make the physical and emotional body feel a bit battered in the process!

Mmmm not very spiritual (or at least thats the new age way of thinking about it) how dare you have negative thoughts, you bad person, just think of all the negativity you are creating and it will come back to bite you - you will be punished by your own misery!

What a load of BOLLOCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to be so blunt - well, no not sorry at all really - it is what it is - BOLLOCKS!

Spiritual is not about being perfect, its about being true and real to yourself. If you deny you feel sad when you feel sad - then you are lying to yourself.

If you try to bury anger and frustration you only end up with resentment and again - lying to yourself.

Its ok to FEEL, its ok to be human!

The universe is not really created by your thoughts, you can have any thoughts, feelings or life you want to have, its not going to make that much difference!

What you can do to make yourself feel better and to have a happier perspective on life is to acknowledge your feelings, work throught them, learn and grow and let go and smile again, knowing you are stronger, wiser and braver for having got through the day!

Happiness for some is easy, for others it is not a natural state of being, for those who are depressed, it seems as if happiness is totally out of reach and look at it longingly in others, like the Holy Grail of life!

So, rather than striving (and failing) for happiness - why not take each day as it comes and then some days will be brighter than others, you will dig yourself out of the pit of despair more quickly if you see it as "just for now" rather than "oh, my god, I failed again to be happy".

Try this:

Feel it
Acknowledge how you feel without judgements of "good" emotion, "bad" emotion
Ask your guides to help you with the process (important to get the higher self on board)
Work through it with the help of a friend or therapist or a good self-help book, meditation etc
Let it go by imagining it burning up in a fire (seichem 2 people can use symbols to help here)
Forgive yourself (imagine angels hugging you and you are floating on a calm ocean - water energy)
Forgive the other person (if there is one - or the world or the universe or the human race - whoever)
Let them go - imagine they are in a hot air balloon, cut the string, let them float off into space
Tell yourself its ok to "feel"
Hug self, love and nurture self - chocolate maybe needed at this point
Feel calmer
Find an affirmation/mantra that is positive and sing and say it over and over for hours/days for as long as you feel the need

Do this again and again if necessary over a few days/weeks on the same issue if necessary

This is working on the subconscious mind and some issues will go deeper - hence the past life/soul therapy - but you can work on just the NOW just now, by doing the above.

Have a play with the visualisations and do what comes naturally (except don't send negative energy to someone else because then you are sending a psychic attack - well unless you want to, I am not the boss of you but would suggest making a choice to go with love rather than hate for everyone's sake including your own)

And shout, sing, dance, scream and generally - its better out than in!

Believe in magic as it is the inspiration of Hope and most of all, believe in yourself!

We are each other's angels, we are the words, the hands and the shelter that the universe wants for us all - if you can be part of someone else's prayers, you become part of their miracle!

I gave some money just before christmas to a homeless girl from Romania, she had no money for presents for her children. I know she believes in God and I knew she must have been praying for a miracle to give her children something beautiful on Christmas Day. I gave her lots of money for each child and only when I walked away did I realise that I had been her miracle, her prayer had been answered .......

this is not ego, this is how it works....how else would the universe get her the money for the gifts, if someone else wasn't prepared to give it away?

Everyday, I ask for help from my guides and often it is given via other people, so thank you to all of you who have been part of my miracles and thank you in advance to all those who will be the answer to my prayers in 2011!

Wear your crown with pride, we all deserve to be kings and queens if our hearts are pure and our minds are focused and our intentions are pure gold!

King and Queenship are not about jewels in reality they are about our jewels inside, our inner wisdom, our bejewelled chakras and our clarity of intention. Once upon a time, a King and a Queen were true spiritual warriors, guardians of the grail knowledge and the power of the arc. It was about knowledge of the universe and the understanding of true power.

Strive to be your soul and you will rule the inner kingdom of your destiny - oh how very profound it all sounds!

Its a mad world

Hi yall

Today's thought is about how it is NOT an ideal world and that if we constantly strive to make it so we are going to be sadly disappointed. Oh, I know, this goes against the New Age idea that we can put the world to rights by thinking positive thoughts and just the thought that this planet and the people on it are a mess is, by its existence, preventing the ideal world to be created. But, if we are incharge of the world just by our thoughts, we are reliant on 6 billion people all having the same thoughts and ideas about what an ideal world would be.

For me, an ideal world is peaceful, beautiful and happy but someone else may not agree. Also, it begs the question as to whether we can control natural forces such as earthquakes, volcanos and alike, just by thinking that they don't exist anymore - mmmmm, doubtful!

The only way, it seems to me, to deal with this world is to take the reality of it and deal the best you can with that reality. If it is raining, wear wellies, don't just wish it was sunny instead, but you can decide whether to splash in the puddles or moan about the wet weather all day long - perspective can change, the world - not so much!

So, make the best of it but don't sweat it - its all a game, you live - you die and if you spread some joy whilst you were alive then all well and good but history tells us that peace doesn't last but then neither does war, prosperity and kingdoms come and go, rise and fall - sea levels too for that matter and wishing it otherwise, ain't gonna make much difference!

So, have a day of joy and be happy, cause whatever is happening in this world won't change but you can change just cause you wish it would but you can change how you feel about it!

Catholic Clear Out

If you are feeling that religious past lives are coming up to the surface at the moment (oct 2010 onwards) you are part of a mass clearout of religious negative energy. A Mass Catholic Clear Out if you will!

Many people are helping with this clear out and have been for over a year or so now. Some have been going around their local area or even going abroad to places were there is religious energy needing to be cleared.

Here in Beverley, a handful of us have been aware of the clearing going on in the East Riding region. Old energy connected with the nunneries/monestaries and the Minster is on the move, being transformed into positive energy again. The area covers such places as Whitby, Selby and Howden Abbeys, over to York and down to Lincoln but also Aldbrough, Watton, Goodmanham, Beverley WestWestWood (and the area around the Mill and the old oak woods especially) as well as many more places including Hessle Foreshore.

Thank you to those who have consciously been involved and to those of you who may have no idea that you have been working hard unconsciously to do this work.

About 3 years ago, I had to visit the westwood, here in Beverley, nearly everyday for about 2 months and had to walk around the same area and stop beneath certain trees. I realised I was making a grid of energy. A couple of years later, things really started to kick off, with masses of energy being shifted from beneath the earth until recently, a few weeks ago, another huge shift took place when a group of us found ourselves clearing more and more.

I have personally had to work on the Minster alot and for a few months, had to visit it nearly everyday, especially the oldest section in St Katherine's Chapel.

Hornsea, Selby and Watton have also been significant in my clearing, some others have had other areas to work on and putting them together, we can see a pattern emerging.

The women of this area suffered a great deal when Christianity first came here, pagan women especially. We then seem to have had many incarnations as nuns when things were not always a good laugh!

The energy of the religion in this area came down from Whitby and Iona and oringinated in Ireland. Mixed with a bit of Scandanavia! The cult of Brigit (fire goddess) seems to be the origin so its all linked to the power of women and their rights to be free to be powerful and equal to men.

No coincidence then that we are involved in all this clearing at the time when women are finally becoming Bishops and taking their place as equals again amongst men.

Lets hope that the new Christianity has learnt from the past and will be a force for good and peace for the future.

If you are feeling the need to clear some of this energy from yourself, call on the energy of Mother Mary to help you (which is the female version of Arcangel Michael on the blue ray) and saying the Lords Prayer over and over really helps too. There is so much healing to be gained from the energy of Jesus, Mary etc but at the moment it is still tainted in being misused over the centuries.

Let's work together to liberate the love and peace from these levels of consciousness so that they can be used for healing again.

The tale goes that St John of Beverley, founded the Minster here in 718, after he retired from the Disocese of York. He was apparently impressed by the healing nuns at Watton (called the monastary of the virgins run by Hereberga (a throw back to the healing of the virgins of the order of Brigit of Kildaire in Ireland) and decided to set up a healing church in Beverley.

St John was from the line of the first seeds of Christianity to reach England via Ireland and Iona and Lindesfarne, brought into Northumberland by Aethelburga (the wife of King Aelle of Northumbria). In 626, a priest named Coifi, brought Christianity to Godmanham. This form of Christianity can be traced back to St Columba - Roman Catholic.

St John had healing abilities and was saintedin 1037, his bones became relics and pilgrimages were made to Beverley by thousands of people, including the Kings of England until 1547.

Just out of interest, the coat of arms for Beverley, before Elizabethean times is supposed to have been a Fox, not a Beaver and the two symbols of St Columba are the Dove and the Fox.

One positive thing about this early time is that women were as high up in the church as men and very powerful abbesses existed as well as there being a real emphasis on hands on healing and positive psychic abilities.

The energy of East Yorkshire is one of healing and equality with long pagan traditions of healing (in the oak woods) before that.

Lets find the positive and bring it forward again!

Afraid of the unkown?

Why are we afraid of that which we cannot yet explain?

Electricity, radiant matter & sub-atomic particles; flight, the motor car & the telephone. Are all of these impossible because once upon a time, no-one could conceive of them? Are we making them all up – are we insane because we believe we can hop on a plane and fly to Spain?

Is reality only that which we allow ourselves to see?

According to the majority, it must therefore be that DNA never existed until it was found – can it be said that this is a true statement? Of course not, DNA was there all along, it was just that scientists had not found it.

Our world depends upon the laws of the scientist and they are ruling their kingdom with their blinkers on. Prove it with tests and graphs and charts and numbers, otherwise we are going to say that it does not exist and it is not possible. If it does not make money, we do not want to know and if you challenge us we will just say you are insane.

And yet, those of us who allow our levels of consciousness to expand and practice the ability to register and interpret that which our basic 5 senses cannot; we, the minority, are considered mad and just plain daft or sometimes much worse – insane and therefore dangerous.

That which we cannot conceive of is always there, out there somewhere, we just have not seen nor found it yet. The planets beyond Saturn for example, did they suddenly appear out of nowhere because our human telescopes became more powerful?

Was the world flat and square because the scientists told us so? Did the Sun revolve around the Earth because someone in high position wrote an article that said it did?

Those with certificates, qualifications and “standing” are often the most closed minded – otherwise they would not feel the need for such badges of honour and accolades of others. Those scientists who have tried to investigate further than the establishment allows have lost their status or have hidden their ideas to maintain it!

(I give an example: William Crookes, member of the Royal Society in the 1800s – without whom science may never have found the atom - was stopped in his tracks when he tried to investigate the energy that causes “psychic phenomena”. Why? Surely he was trying to investigate what was happening around him – isn’t that what science is all about?)

So why are we so afraid of the supernatural, the psychic phenomena? Surely, these energy frequencies could show us more about where we come from, why we are here and who we are than missions to planet Mars ever can?

It seems science prefers to travel as far away as possible from the human mind rather than travelling and unravelling the inside. Psychology and Psychiatry – the sciences of the mind? Or just a way of recording that which we can already perceive?

What about that which we can perceive with our 6^th sense, even that which we can feel on our skin and with our physical bodies for example - the temperature changes that occur during hands on healing for example. They are inexplicable – therefore they cannot exist, they are not possible – it is all suggestion and placebo, the psychiatrist would consider a hands on healer to be insane!

Why are we afraid of ourselves? Afraid to investigate our own human abilities? Is it still because the main religions in the world are afraid we may find God or no God at all?

Spending billions of dollars sending up space ships whist children starve to death here on Earth seems less crazy to society and those in power than investigating the facts that there is more to our minds than that which our eyes can see, our bodies can feel and our minds can yet conceive.

Spirit Guides de-mystified!

Spirit Guides

What are they?

What do we mean by spirit guides? Well, there are many definitions banded about, from deceased ancestors to fairy godmothers, from guardian angels to Native American Indians or even animals such as wolves, eagles and bears.

Basically, over the years of communicating with many different spirit guides, I have come to the conclusion that a spirit guide can take on any form and even no form at all. In fact, spirit guides are just frequencies of consciousness; thought forms without bodies – sometimes called discarnates.

In order for these frequencies to be registered by the human brain, it requires certain parts of the brain to be turned on and working. The ability to register spirit guides is sometimes called the psychic sense, sixth sense or intuition. Some people are born with the parts of the brain required to register higher light and sound frequencies switched on and some people have to learn to exercise those parts of the brain over time.

Children are usually very perceptive and then they are told that they are making things up – such as fairies, angels, invisible friends etc….they become “imaginary” friends – it is all put down to an over active imagination and logic and social conventions begin to take over, most of the time, completely take over!

If there are so many frequencies out there which we cannot sense with our ordinary 5 senses, such as electrical waves, radio & mobile phone waves, dog whistles etc, it is easy to conclude that there maybe more out there than we are taught by science to believe.

We often talk of emotions and thoughts as lingering, almost tangible frequencies, such sayings as; “you could cut the atmosphere with a knife” or “you could just sense something was wrong” or “I can’t put my finger on it but I just don’t trust that person”, “they left behind a bad smell!” etc etc.

Often, we suppose that emotions and thoughts have to have a human body of blood and bone around them, that they cannot exist without the physical brain or nervous system. If you suppose this to be wrong and consider that thought and emotion can exist long after a physical death and even that thought and emotion may exist where there has never been a human body, well then, anything is possible!

Spirit guides come in all shapes and sizes, they exist on hundreds of thousands of frequencies, sometimes on a sound wave that clairaudient people can hear. Some of light frequencies that clairvoyant people can see. Some even do come with a smell, bad or pleasant, which clairolfactory people can smell. Some bring with them a temperature change, either cold or warmth, that clairsentient people can sense. However, they are perceived is not really important, the claircoginsient may never employ one of the 5 senses and only “know” what they perceive to be true. The fact is, that the world over, people have been sensing the discarnate world since time began.

Are they good? Are spirit guides messengers of God? Do they hold knowledge that we, in human form, do not possess? How do we contact them? How do we know what they say is true? How many do we have? Does everyone have one?

All common questions, I hear each week but how to answer them?

Once we start to try and put these discarnates into words, we already do them a disservice. Immediately we need a human context in which to understand them. So, we want to give them a name, a face, a body, a personality, a colour, a shape, something that will make an abstract frequency understandable.

How do you communicate with a green haze? Give it a name and a body – this makes much more sense!

So – angels have wings, they are tall with flowing robes, fairies a tiny and dart about all over the place, gnomes have big feet and hats, shamans look like indigenous peoples of many lands, then there are animals and then of course, our deceased relatives, well, they should look like they did when they were alive – shouldn’t they?

Lets take an angel. An angel is a frequency which to our human mind translates into a light, feathery feeling, depending on the finer tuning of the frequency, there maybe a certain colour (or more than one) and there maybe a feeling of masculine or feminine energy. We have come to recognise some of these frequencies over the centuries – we have given them names, such as archangels – Michael, Raphael, Gabriel etc etc. These frequencies show up over and over again and they grow stronger the more they are called upon and used, a bit like a dynamo which gets more charged up the more you use it.

People ask if the arc-angels will help anyone, good or bad, well, here’s the thing, an angel is just a frequency, without judgement, it is either love, wisdom, knowledge, healing, peace, joy or it is sadness, fear, hate….the negative emotions we often attribute to just one angel – the fallen angel – the devil/Lucifer but the person doing the judging and the deciding which angel to use is us, not them.

There is a huge complex array of reasons why some people are drawn to some frequencies more than others – past lives, genetic inheritance, environment etc can all the taken into account and cannot be gone into here. Choice is not always as straight forward as we would wish. But it is indeed our choice who we call on and who we ignore in the spirit world!

So, are these angels messengers of God? Which God do you mean? Do you mean a religious God? If you wish them to be messengers of a God that you already feel you know, then they probably will be, you will feel and sense the guidance from a perspective that lends itself to this idea.

If you do not believe in God, you will receive guidance which to you, seems relevant to you personally, with or without a greater force looking down from above.

We tend to see things in our own subjective way, even me, writing this article, try as I may to be objective, I see things differently nearly every day, as my mind opens more and more I realise I see only that which I am prepared and ready to see, infinity is forever elusive!

All that knowledge that the guides seem to hold about us, about the universe, where do they get it from?

The astrological chart is the best place to look for the information that the guides receive. Before birth the chart is set (even premature births are supposed to be premature) and then the karma and the genetics in the chart are played out during life. The guides are there to help you along various paths, hoping that they can lead you to your highest potential, although some guides are specific to one path and so if you change to plan B,C or D for example, your guides become redundant and they need to change. The guide holding your life information is called the “Life Book Guide” and they are in charge of navigating you and your other guides through life.

Is my life only run by my guides and astrological information?

No, big world events that some people are caught up in are not necessarily in the chart. Your life is secondary to the life of the universe and sometimes your personal guides are over ruled by higher universal guides who in turn can be over ruled by galactic guides and then they can be over ruled by cosmic guides.

How is the information passed to my guides and to me?

Think of the information as being stored in your single cell – the one cell from which you were made. The DNA carries it all as well, it carries potentials and a million different possibilities. Your life is constrained by your karma and your genes. The information is stored in the vibration of the planet Saturn (some people call the store house the Akashic Records) When clearing karma, it is cleared from Saturn and then from the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies. Some collective karma (such as war, natural disaster or cosmic karma) has to be cleared with special permission (see other past life information pages).

Your guides pass the information to you via your higher-self/intuition. They try to tell you when you are living out negative karma and will give you signs that another path is a better choice. We rarely listen, however, as our karma is very strong and blinding at times.

Having an astrological reading on a regular basis is a clearer way to get the information from your guides.

Why don’t I know my future?

If your guides told you your best potential straight away, most people would be shocked and frightened by it because they cannot fathom how they would get to that point in the future. It may seem like a huge task. Or, if your life is simple and unexciting or dangerous and involves loss, you may feel disappointed and not feel you want to continue.
